Authors: even though there is no editor we continue accepting submissions. See Submission deadline below
Focus:
This issue revolves around the theory and practice of the teaching of literature and culture. The role of literature and culture is undergoing a dramatic evolution in light of the developments of the twenty-first century. The changes brought about by the global economy and the precipitous growth of technology have influenced the role of literature and culture for today’s world. Literature is no longer seen as an isolated discipline worthy of the humanists alone; culture is no longer seen as an all-inclusive phenomenon. Herein we will discuss the future of the ways literature and/or culture are taught, the influence and integration of literature and culture in other disciplines, and the affective and ethical issues involved.

Who Should Submit:
Those who have engaged in the teaching of culture and/or literature, who have integrated literature and/or culture in non-traditional disciplines, those who have developed technologies toward the teaching of literature/culture, and those who have analyzed the role of literature/culture on students’ attitudes are encouraged to submit. Papers may be in the forms of case studies, research in progress, or theoretical papers.
