Leadership students at Oklahoma State University study leader reward behavior 
and the importance of recognizing individuals and celebrating team accomplishments. 
Students are actively engaged in creating and implementing celebration activities 
during the last few weeks of the semester for their peers. Nearly 500 undergraduate 
students have participated in the celebration activity and learned how to align 
personal recognition with organizational goals.
