ABSTRACT
Critical thinking skills have become a primary student learning objective
in many fields, particularly those in applied technology. Critical thinking
skills are also renowned for being difficult to teach and instill in students
in typical classroom settings. A novel instructional approach using four
domains, Conceptual/Verbal/Writing, Mathematical, Graphical, and Material,
is presented along with classroom applications in two different applied
technology fields.
